Lean Learning Center on the web

by Jamie Flinchbaugh on October 8, 2009

I won’t use this blog to do very much promotional activities, but I thought I would take a moment to share some of what the Lean Learning Center has to offer around the web. First, there is our website. Of course on website there is information of our courses, services, and products, but I won’t focus on them here. Instead, check out the Knowledge Center. The Knowledge Center is filled with free information that can help you on your lean journey including articles, columns, and the Lean Lingo Primer. But also there is our Lean Progress newsletter, released quarterly, which is free. To receive announcements on its release or to download the latest version, sign up for free Membership. Also in the Downloads section you will find two useful tools. One is a free screensaver which can help provide a regularly reminder for lean thinking. Second is a structure kaizen planning tool in the A3 format, using Excel. Both downloads are free to Members and we hope to offer more tools in the future.LLC_logo.jpg

We have also started a presence on Facebook and LinkedIn. If you are on Facebook, join our Fan Page and catch the latest news, photos, links, or add your own comments. On our LinkedIn Group, you can find numerous discussions on a wide range of lean topics from the use of the Beer Game Simulation to how to overcome resistance. We encourage you to join the group and get engaged in the discussion with other lean thinkers.

Our goal on the web, as in everything we do, is to provide value to you. If you have any recommendations or requests on how we can provide value to you through our web activities, we very much welcome your input and suggestions.
