Many people think the economy is improving. The data certainly suggest that this is true. But as often is the case, employment usually lags economic activity. I still get regular emails of people who recently lost their jobs that are thinking about entrepreneurship in this environment. Here’s a great dialogue about entrepreneurship in a difficult economy. Give a listen.

Great post! Many people don’t know but during the Great Depression more millionaires were created than in any other time in history so there is hope even in “bad” economies.

Jamie – Great conversation… Why would anyone start a company in this environment? Because they have a dream. They’re passionate about what they do. They’re there for the journey. They form the DNA early on. Sounds like a common vision that sticks!
