This is a topic I have never put any thought into, but it makes a lot of sense. As I reflect on some of the people I have been coaching and leading, it is great to have the followers who do help to spread the word and get things done. I have also followed when I can see a good vision set and wanted to help execute that vision or strategy. While it has always been present, I am more aware of it now thanks to your post.
