		<description>I am going to be wrapping up the year rolling out our first phase of policy deployment.  Just finished Executive level plan and business unit level plans before Thanksgiving break.  Now we head into plant level.  First time doing this globally.  Rolling up all our plans for next year.  We still need to finish strong but reflection and replanning is needed as we move forward.</description>
