Good pointers thanks Jamie
Especially your point about keeping audits simple can not be stressed enough! It’s also crucial to keep feedback about the outcome simple and easy to translate into corrective action by specific individuals … i.e. follow up the audit ASAP with a simple and immediate action-oriented corrective plan.
I look forward to seeing more video.
