Especially your point about keeping audits simple can not be stressed enough! It&#039;s also crucial to keep feedback about the outcome simple and easy to translate into corrective action by specific individuals ... i.e. follow up the audit ASAP with a simple and immediate action-oriented corrective plan.
I look forward to seeing more video.
