Credibility is built through many actions. For instance, also by being the example, by being first. I think most important is to reflect upon one&#039;s own attitude, behavior and actions in terms of C, I and R when leading.</description>

I think risk is overloaded term in transformation projects. Risks are so much related to people which as you stated well that we should work on &quot;I&quot; and &quot;C&quot; aspects.

Implementing agile way for managing transformation by allowing people to choose goals for time-boxes and facilitate their work, from my view, is a key to risk mitigation.

There are many reasons to revisit again this good post.</description>
